Document recipients may lose or accidentally delete the email that contains their access link. Access links can be resent from your Sent mailbox or from the Message History Report.
Sent Mailbox
- Navigate to your Sent box in the left panel.
- Click the checkbox to the left of the item to be resent.
- Click the Link icon to resend the access link.
Message History Report
Please note:
The Resend Link option will only be available if firm settings allow it. See the Admin Settings article for more information.
This option will not be available for documents that are Expired.
- Navigate to Message History in the left panel.
- Click Sent Items.
- Right-click on the line item.
- The link status must be Active.
- Click Resend Link to.
- Click the email address to resend the link.
