Outlook® Add-In Loading or Replicated Attachments


 If the Outlook® Add-in is continually loading, or message or attachments are being replicated, you may need to clear your site data in Outlook® to correct the issue. 

If the SafeSend Exchange Add-in is blank when opened, please see our Unable to Add Outlook® Add-in article for information and troubleshooting steps. 

Clear Outlook® Site Data

  1. Click New Email
  2. Click SafeSend (log in if prompted). 
  3. Right-click on the compose pane on the new email. 
  4. Click Inspect.
  5. Click the Application tab. 
  6. Click Storage in the left panel.
  7. Click the including third-party cookies checkbox. 
  8. Click Clear Site Data.
  9. Close and reopen Outlook® and SafeSend Exchange.
