If the Outlook® Add-in is continually loading, or message or attachments are being replicated, you may need to clear your site data in Outlook® to correct the issue.

Clear Outlook® Site Data
- Click New Email.
- Click SafeSend (log in if prompted).
- Right-click on the compose pane on the new email.
- Click Inspect.
- Click the Application tab.
- Click Storage in the left panel.
- Click the including third-party cookies checkbox.
- Click Clear Site Data.
- Close and reopen Outlook® and Exchange.
