Occasionally, a document recipient may notify you that a link is invalid or not working correctly.
If a document recipient receives the following error after a document was sent using the Outlook plugin, the file uploader may need to be refreshed.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Delete the folder in the following path. C:/ProgramData/SafeSend 6.3.0/FileUploader
- Delete the "FileUploader" folder
- Reinstall Safe Send
**Please Note: that the folder SafeSend 6.3.0 can change depending on the version of SafeSend
Often times, the Program Data folder is hidden. To view this folder, go to the View tab in your file browser, then select the Hidden Items checkbox.
SafeSend will need to be reinstalled after this folder is deleted.
