You can use the SafeSend online portal to send and receive documents securely.
Using the SafeSend Portal to send documents:
- Click here to log in to the online portal
- Enter your email address and SafeSend password
- Click "Compose"
From here you can:
- Enter the Required Information for the transaction
- Select your Send Method
- Upload your files (Web Portal and Drop Off links have a limit of 25 files at a time, up to 3 GB.)
- Set the Access Link expiration date (Depending on company settings)
- Send your files to the recipient
Receiving Secure Documents:
- Check your SafeSend inbox
- Received documents will display here:
- Clients can send you items securely through your Company DropOff. Click Here for more information
