SafeSend Exchange System Requirements

SafeSend Exchange Legacy version only. 

To install SafeSend Exchange, your computer and your Outlook® version must meet certain requirements.  Review these to ensure that our program will work with your current machine to avoid interruptions or errors.

Operating System

• Windows 8.
• Windows 10.
• Windows 11.

Outlook®

• Outlook® 2007 or higher.

Note:

Office 365 is not a 'version' but will download the most current Outlook onto the computer.  We should have full functionality with the installed version of Outlook when using Office 365.

The full desktop version of Outlook must be used; SafeSend Exchange is not compatible with the online/cloud version.

.NET Framework

• .Net Framework 3.5 and higher.
  • On some new computers, 3.5 is not installed automatically.  In order to ensure that it is installed, follow the instructions in the following help desk article: Install .NET 3.5 Framework.
