User can't log into account ( Password Reset)

SafeSend Exchange Legacy version only. 

If a User has not completed their security questions under their profile then an Admin would need to send a "Reset Password Link" to the user. As an Admin you are able to send the password link through both the SafeSend Outlook Plugin and the Online Portal. 

 Outlook Plugin:

- Go to Contacts

-Right Click over the Name of the User


-Select "Resend" and "Password Link"


 

 Online Portal:

- Go to Contacts


- Check the box left of the Name


-Select "Send Reset Password Link"
