Please follow the steps below to correct the error:
- Go to your File Explorer
- Go to path C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Local\Apps
- Delete the 2.0 folder from the system
- Reinstall SafeSend
The App Data folder can be hidden. To correct this, go to View > Hidden Items:
This should allow you to fully move past the error and install it successfully.
