Reset Password for SafeSend

SafeSend Exchange Legacy version only.

Steps:

To reset your password for SafeSend, our encrypted email service, click here in order to access our online portal.  From there, click on 'Lost your password?'

You will then be asked to input your email address. Click 'Next' and you should be taken to a new page with User Validation questions.

NOTE: If you see a red error that reads "Unfortunately the security information for this account is incomplete", please contact us at support@safesend.com for assistance unlocking your account.

The number of security questions asked is dependent upon Company Settings, which a Firm Administrator can adjust.

After entering the security questions you can enter your new password, and click Next to finish verifying your identity.  A window will pop up, informing you that an access code has been sent to the email in question.  Once this code reaches your inbox, copy the number over and click 'Continue'.

After this, you will be prompted to return to the login page, where you can use your new password to log in to your SafeSend account!  

REMINDER: If you change your password on the online portal, make sure to update the password in the Outlook plug-in as well.
