How to Change Your "Need Help Contact"

SafeSend Exchange Legacy version only. 

If the "Need Help Contact" needs to be changed in your firm, please see the below steps to change the information within SafeSend.

A Firm Admin needs to log in to your account on our website, click here to access the site.

Click the "Cog" icon in the upper right-hand of the page and select Settings.

Click on Company Settings, then Contact Options, and finally Lookup.

Select the user that you would like to have listed:

The selected user will be replaced as your Need Help Contact from that point on.
