Error 501

Please follow the below instructions to solve the error code 501. 

Delete the folder in the following path.

C:/ProgramData/SafeSend 6.1.1 /FileUploader. Delete the "FileUploader" folder.

(Please note that the SafeSend file name maybe different based on updates to the program)

Reinstall SafeSend. You may need to close Outlook and reopen for the changes to reflect.
