Error 501

SafeSend Exchange Legacy version only. 

Please follow the below instructions to solve the error code 501.

• Delete the folder in the following path:
• C:/ProgramData/SafeSend-<version #>/FileUploader.
• Delete the "FileUploader" folder.

  • Often times, the Program Data folder is hidden. To view this folder, go to the View tab in your file browser, then select the Hidden Items checkbox. 

    

• Reinstall SafeSend. You may need to close Outlook and reopen for the changes to reflect.
