Document Request List (DRL)- FAQ

What is DRL?

In Exchange, users can request documents from a client, allow them to upload the documents requested, and provide the user with a way to manage all the documents in one location. 

Can I use this option if I am in the Suite Preferred Tier?

Yes, this option is included in the Suite Preferred Tier. If you are a member of the Essential Tier and would like more information on accessing the DRL feature, please contact your CSM. 

Can I send a DRL to more than one client at a time?

No, the DRL feature is limited to a single delivery. 

Can I use this feature through my Outlook® plug-in?
